Solar for Apartments - Registration

The ACT Government is pleased to be partnering with the Commonwealth Government on this initiative.

The $3.6 million dollar investment will incentivise installing rooftop solar on multi-unit apartments through rebates and concessional loans to body corporates and will be rolled out over the coming two years.

The Commonwealth will provide $1.8m to the ACT under its Solar Banks initiative, with the ACT Government matching funding as loans capital as part of the Sustainable Household Scheme. It is expected that renters and landlords will benefit from the Program.

Prior to completing this Registration form, it is important the applicant familiarises themselves with the Solar for Apartments program (Program).
